PRE-NATAL YOGA CLASSES

Sarah’s purpose in prenatal classes is to guide students through the different stages of pregnancy using the practices of asana, the power of the chakra system (the energetic body / prana) and her understanding of human psychology in a modern world.

POST-NATAL CARE

Often called mums and Bubs classes, Sarah continues the evolving journey of pregnancy into parenthood.  Through yoga Sarah teaches parents to sit with their babies, watch their babies and wonder and delight in the evolution of how we as humans learn, progress and express ourselves.

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Sarah’s teacher training courses are 50-hour contact trainings accredited with yoga Australia.

They provide a comprehensive education in the use of yoga as a tool, while working with pregnant women or with parents.  The training is for yoga teachers but has been broadly noticed and facilitated by midwives, doulas and other facilitators in the fitness industry who work with pregnant women, early parenting and anyone who is interested in this area, including pregnant women who are curious as to what and how to approach parenthood.

WORKSHOPS FOR YOGA TEACHERS

Sarah’s workshops are for teachers who want to be able to support pregnant women in open classes.

Her main objective is to educate teachers with informed and practical skills so they are approachable and supportive.

Sarah encourages teachers to come to this workshop as it will build their skill set in class management, adaptability and quick sequence changes so that it does not inhibit the other students in class.

ONLINE YOGA PROGRAMS FOR PARENTS

Emotional Connection in the home begins with you. How well do you know yourself? How well do you understand why and how you respond to your environment?

As a parent we are in constant contact with our children, trying to teach them the right ways in relationships, wanting them to do well at school and in life and wish they have good careers and attitudes that carry them well through their life journey. How often have you felt depleted, or undervalued? Overworked or worried?
